Oh man, I haven’t been able to post anything in a long time! I’ve been very busy and stressed. I’m not going to get into a lot of detail here, but I will say that the tough times are still not over. Still, I managed to have some time to do a little drawing on Saturday!
I’d also like to post this as a commission sample. In the future, I would like to be able to take full digital colour commissions like a lot of the other work on this tumblr, but I know that I don’t have the time yet to do fully realized pieces like that. However, I can take commissions for lineart sketches like this.

Well, Kanaya had mentioned tossing it in the rubbish, or cutting it up to reuse the fabric, and that was outrageous. The silhouette of the dress is perfect—you love it when Kanaya does this kind of waistline—and it matches your shoes the shoes you borrowed from Kanaya so well. You simply couldn’t allow her to destroy such a nice article of clothing.

Kanaya often employs Karkat’s help when she’s working on new designs, making him model to see just exactly what works and what doesn’t, and Karkat begrudgingly lets her put dress after dress on him. Except it’s not so begrudging. Karkat always steals the dresses he likes best and Kanaya never stops him. He brings them right back to his respite block and spends hours admiring himself, loving the way the dresses fall over his body, and feeling a swell of pride because DAMN HE LOOKS GOOD. I want John to find out. Maybe he could be in Karkat’s respite block, and accidentally find the dresses, or hiding to pull some silly prank and get an eyeful of Karkat loving his dresses, or even just not understanding the importance of knocking.
So this is part one of…. possibly several, IDK. The tag for posts in this fill will be karkat modeling for kanaya.
ANATOMY: HOW DOES IT WORK? Also, nobody is surprised when I say that Karkat’s hands are bound behind his back in this image.
Somebody should write a fic for anon and me where Karkat is given a practical demo of breathplay and he has never been more turned on his entire life.

So, I’m going to actually make two posts to answer this, because one post is a drawing with Terezi and Karkat and John demonstrating.
First off, breath play is something where you need to be very aware of safety & trust with your partner! If anybody reading this is interested in trying it out, I recommend doing a lot of research about the risks, because cutting off your oxygen supply can be really dangerous! I don’t recommend doing breath play by yourself, and make sure you trust your partner a lot and that you have spoken about what you are planning to do and what should happen in case something goes wrong. It’s good to also establish a non-verbal safe word! I did a quick google search and got this site in addition to the wikipedia article.
So, breath play is, at its basic level, having one partner cut off the oxygen supply to the other, be it by gagging/pinching their nose shut, actually choking/smothering them with cock or vagina, or even putting pressure on the throat. That’s the short answer! I understand your reluctance to risk some of the seedy underbelly of the internet (nice phrasing!) but I think that searching on your own for more info will be more fruitful, if you’re still curious after this post.
A general note for everybody: Please make sure that when you explore your kinks, you do research so you can experiment in a safe and informed manner, and everybody can give their full consent and establish their boundaries! Also, some kinks aren’t for everybody, and that is also fine. Again, communicate with your partner to figure things out! If you want to give your partner’s kinks a try even though they don’t sound so great to you, well then, you are pretty swell for being willing to go out on a limb like that! But please be honest with your partner about how you feel after trying something new.
Honesty is pretty much always the best policy.
